COLLECTING INFORMATION FROM OTHERS

Our web site pages may be viewed by anyone without the need of permission from 'Tulip'; we do not use any tracking software to obtain information on who is logging on to the site. You may find your visit to the web site will leave cookies on your computer as with any web site you have visited and navigated on. Should you re-visit our web site our server will recognise our cookies giving us information about your last visit. This is an automatic process and can be reset on your browser to prevent acceptance should you wish.

INFORMATION ON MODELS AND CONTACTS

All information of a personal nature given to 'Tulip' will not be disclosed or accessed by a third party. Only information agreed by you will be available to view on the web site. Tulip will not ask for personal information unless it is required to enable us to give you the best service

N.B. If you are 16 years old or less, all information and/or correspondents with 'Tulip' must be via your Parent or Guardian; we will not accept direct contact. Should we find that the information supplied to us is not correct and you are 16 years old or less, we will remove you from our records permanently?

To the best of our knowledge we seek to comply with the laws in the U.K. and any other country in which we may operate. Tulip seeks to operate under the guide lines set out in the Data Protection Act 1998.

SECURED PERSONAL INFORMATION

Open information given out by Tulip will only be found on the company web site and agreed by the person it relates to. All other information held by Tulip about Models and Contacts are not linked to or accessible on the internet, it is held on a free standing P.C. accessible by Tulip Staff only.

INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THIRD PARTIES

If a request is made for more information by a third party, Tulip will take all possible steps to verify the identity of the third party and true nature of the enquirer. Then after seeking consent from the Model, we would send out personal information such as, vital statistics and other images of you not displayed on the web site. We would also seek to ensure the third party treat this information as personal to the Model and as such secure and not available to others.

• We can verify who you are and company or organisation you may represent.
• We have a full understanding of the project and requirements you may need.
• We can access who to send you information on as not all Models appear on the web site or leaflets.
• We can offer you the best possible service whilst ensuring security for our Models.
